"I have been using Whatley Brothers for the past five years. During that time they have provided services that include:

A bedroom was converted to a wine cellar, and I am convinced that Whatley Brothers was the only local firm capable of installing reclaimed 200 year old bricks, for the wine cellar floor. Knowing what is necessary for this installation, I can say that no one else could have done better. Whatley Brothers have met all of my expectations. They have arrived on site when promised. They never went home at the end of the day without cleaning up! They never left debris overnight. They never went over budget, and remodeling an older home can be very budget sensitive. "We want to say thank you for a job well done to Whatley Brothers in making our dream of a log cabin into a reality.

From the very beginning of our project, Whatley Brothers engaged in very open, timely, and convenient communication with us. The team of Byron and Jonathan visited us in-person on several occasions to discuss the plans and to better understand what we wanted in a finished home. The team posted daily updates with pictures on a website giving us visibility into progress along the way. We also received updates and provided feedback conveniently through a text message group. And when the situation warranted clearer or complex communications, we would meet at the property or in a conference call. There were "no surprises" along the way.

We quickly found out that building a log cabin is quite complex. But, thankfully, our project manager, Jonathan, conducted considerable research, spent time with the provider of the log home package, and worked closely with the engineers and county code enforcement officials to ensure it was built soundly. In addition, he made many creative suggestions to ensure our cabin met all our needs and desires.

This attention to detail gave us peace throughout the process; at no point were we concerned about the timeline of the project or it's delivery.
